Our dedicated price-monitoring team check the prices of flooring products every day so you don't have to, we monitor all UK competitors online, instore and during sale periods. If we find that anyone is selling the same individual product, provided with the same service conditions, at a lower price, we'll match that price! We are so confident you won't find a lower price elsewhere.

But if you do, don't worry you can easily make a price match request and we will not only match it but give you an extra £25.

Not only that but we are so confident in our pricing policy that if you find the same product after you have purchased it within 28 days we will refund you the difference.

How to make a claim

Before you have purchased:
If you do find the same product for sale at a lower price, contact us with the details and a member of our Sales team will help you place your order.

If you have already placed your order:
Contact us and a member of our Sales team will confirm the claim, and refund the difference from your existing order.
